LOOK CRYPTO · PRIVACY
Only the data required to operate the service.
This policy explains what LOOK CRYPTO processes, why it is needed, which providers receive it and how you can request deletion.
Information you submit
When you submit the form, we receive your name, phone number, Telegram username, page language and submission time. We use this information only to respond to your request and continue the related conversation.
Your request is delivered to the team’s private workspace through the Telegram Bot API. It is not posted to the public channel and LOOK CRYPTO does not add it to a separate marketing database.
Information processed when you visit
The server and infrastructure may process your IP address, URL, request date and time, browser type and error details for a limited period. This is required to deliver pages, limit abuse, diagnose failures and protect the service.
The interface may store language, display preferences and local user-tool data on your device. This data stays in the browser until you clear it in browser settings.
Who may receive data
- Telegram — delivery of the request you submit to the team’s private workspace.
- Yandex Metrica — aggregate visit, click and technical-quality analytics processed under that provider’s terms.
- Hosting and delivery infrastructure — request handling, failure logging and site protection.
We do not sell personal data or provide contact details to advertising mailing lists.
No longer than necessary
LOOK CRYPTO does not create a separate database copy of a request. The message remains in the private Telegram workspace under its retention settings. Technical logs are retained only for the period needed for security and diagnostics.
If a conversation continues, the contact may remain in working correspondence until the request is complete or until you ask for deletion, unless the law requires otherwise.
Access, correction and deletion
You may ask what information was submitted, request a correction or deletion, and withdraw consent to further contact. Send a request through the Contacts page and include the Telegram username used in the original request.
How processing is protected
The form validates field formats, rate-limits requests and sends data over HTTPS. Access to the working chat is limited to the team. No internet transmission is absolutely secure, so never submit passwords, seed phrases, API keys or wallet credentials.
This page will be updated if the data set or connected services change. Material changes apply from the publication date of the new version.
