The purple line shows monthly Bitcoin price. The green line combines the money supply of the United States, China, the euro area, Japan and the United Kingdom. Each line uses its own axis.
How to interpret it
Global M2 combines official M2 for the United States, China, the euro area and Japan with UK M4. National values are converted to U.S. dollars using monthly ECB exchange rates. The annual World Bank global series is retained separately as an audit benchmark, not stretched into monthly data.
